Family Automation is a private, personal-use service that helps organize family calendar information.
Information accessed
When authorized, Family Automation may access Google account data including Gmail messages, Gmail labels, and Google Calendar events. Access is limited to the functions needed to process family scheduling information and manage calendar events.
How information is used
Authorized data is used only to identify scheduling information, create or update calendar events, and support related family scheduling workflows.
Data sharing
Family Automation does not sell personal information and does not share authorized Google user data for advertising or marketing purposes.
Data storage
Some scheduling information may be temporarily stored by the private automation system as needed to complete calendar-related workflows.
Access and control
Google account access can be revoked at any time through the user's Google Account security settings. Calendar events and other data created by the service can also be deleted through the applicable Google service.
